National Arts Education Association from white pages on the benefits of arts education to full toolkits for community and civic advocacy, the NAEA has some great resources.

Americans for the Arts "Anyone can advocate for the arts and have impact. Americans for the Arts provides tools, research, and training that help arts professionals and regular citizens alike become seasoned arts advocates. This Advocate Hub highlights ways you can get involved and start advocating for the arts today."
Those interested in the social impact of the arts should check out the work of the National Guild for Community Arts Education. Although some of the resources may be "members only" access, the news bulletin and stories are full of timely and useful tools for advocates.
Arts Education Partnership "A national coalition of more than 100 organizations dedicated to advancing the arts in education through research, policy and practice." ArtsEd Digest is accessible to the public, and highlights recent news in the world of arts education policy.
Fractured Atlas provides services and pooled knowledge for professionals in the arts ecosystem. The Knowledge Base here has lots of searchable resources relating to policy, procedures, and industry-specific needs.
